Let’s Roadmap It | Part II

Branding, Marketing

Did you catch up on Part I of our Roadmapping series?

‘Roadmapping’ hones in on your brand marketing strategy. You may have come here for a website, and that’s all well and good – but do you know what you want your website to do? Are you creating an online storefront? Are you looking to provide your followers with fresh content in the form of blogs or imagery?

Let’s look at a few examples of common business goals that may help you define your own version of success:

“I want more website hits.”

“I want more customers.”

“I want to grow my e-blast list.”

“I want to build brand awareness.”

“I want to be seen as a public authority in my area of expertise.”

So you have a goal (or maybe two). That’s great! Now how will you measure what you want to achieve? Whether your focus is a measure of website hits, new customer leads, or email signups to add to your database, you need to integrate measurable, quantifiable goals into your strategy, and tactics to meet those goals. Otherwise, how will you track your version of success?

If you’re not quite sure how to move your business forward, let’s work together on a strategic plan tailored to your brand. When you join us on a Roadmapping session, we’ll break down your business model, core offerings, brand message and more – with a strategic plan-of-action to help you launch (or re-launch) your business.

Let’s roadmap!
