East Coast HVAC approached us at a time when their business was already a well-known heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) company in the Seacoast. They weren’t starting from scratch and they had experience and know-how under their belt.

The problem? Their market knew East Coast as a commercial HVAC provider. There was a large, residential market left unserved, and East Coast wanted to capitalize on that.

With market expansion in mind, we knew that we needed to rebrand East Coast with a B2C orientation – and in a way that would help them stand out as both a commercial and residential HVAC service company.

Since we began working with them, East Coast has quadrupled their staff as a thriving HVAC company and leader in the Seacoast. But, more importantly, we helped the crew evenly distribute their sales between commercial and residential clients – right down the middle.
